Tracey’s Chocolate De-Lites ("we", "us") makes handcrafted chocolate in Palm Beach County, Florida. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website and how we use it.
What we collect
When you order, create an account, send a custom order request, leave a review or join our email list, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number, shipping address if you choose shipping, your order, gift message, notes, review text and any photos you upload.
If you choose a password, we only keep a one way scrambled (hashed) version of it. Nobody can see it; if you forget it, use "Forgot your password?" to set a new one.
We also keep basic technical information to run the site and prevent abuse of discounts and referral codes, such as a cookie that identifies your browser and a one way scrambled version of your IP address.
How we use it
To make, ship and hand over your order, send receipts, tracking and order updates, run your account and referral rewards, show approved reviews (with your first name and last initial only), answer your messages and keep our books. We never sell your information.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe through our secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
Who helps us
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Email is sent through our email provider, and our back office and payments run through Sea Grape Labs and Stripe. Shipping carriers receive the name and address on a shipped order. They only use your information to provide those services to us.
Your choices
You can update your details in Your account, unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email, and ask us to delete your account by emailing traceyohara65@gmail.com. We keep order and payment records as long as the law requires for bookkeeping.
