Orders
Your order is confirmed once it’s paid. Prices are in US dollars and are shown in your bag before you pay. Limited holiday boxes are held for you for a few minutes while you check out, then return to the batch.
Handcrafted in small batches
Each piece is made by hand, so colors, shapes and finishes vary a little from the photos. If an item sells out after you order, Tracey will contact you to offer a swap or a refund.
Shipping and pickup
Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Chocolate is sensitive to heat; once a package is with the carrier, delivery times are up to them. Please make sure someone can bring it inside soon after it arrives. Pickup details are sent with your confirmation.
Changes, cancellations and problems
Need to change or cancel? Email traceyohara65@gmail.com as soon as you can. Holiday batch orders can’t be changed once the batch is being made. If something arrives damaged, email a photo within 48 hours and Tracey will make it right.
Allergens
Ingredients vary by product and flavor. Some fillings contain dairy or other sweetened ingredients, and many contain tree nuts. Please read each product’s ingredients before ordering.
