Ingredients & process

Luxury you can taste.

From stone-grinding and preparing fillings to molding and finishing, the process unfolds over days and, for some creations, weeks.

01

From cacao bean to chocolate

Tracey’s chocolate is made from scratch with cacao beans, cocoa butter and palm sugar. Stone-ground for more than three days, each batch develops a silky texture and a rich, layered flavor. Palm sugar brings its own warm sweetness.

Beautiful ingredients. Handcrafted fillings.

She makes her own almond, pistachio, coconut and hazelnut butters, stone-grinding each one as the base for her fillings, with no preservatives, stabilizers or colors. Depending on the flavor, fillings also feature cacao, cashews, or fruits such as dates, figs, raspberries, cherries, strawberries, and orange with ginger.

Herbs, spices and botanicals

The Ayurvedic Alchemy bars pair stone-ground dark chocolate with aromatic herbs and spices such as ginger, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, fennel, rose petals and ashwagandha. Each recipe is composed with care, inviting you to explore layers of warmth, fragrance and flavor.
