Reset is 75% dark chocolate with no added sweeteners, designed as a daily cacao practice. Tracey suggests it like this:

Week one

One piece after each meal for seven days, exploring the rich, bold notes of pure cacao.

Week two

Continue with one to two pieces daily.

After that
